Hi! I’m Marie—human first, therapist second.
My hope for this space is to be more than just a therapist. I combine real-life experience with professional training to support new moms, parents, and couples navigating the transition into parenthood. I’ve personally faced anxiety, trauma, and the challenges of a NICU stay, so I understand how overwhelming and vulnerable this time can feel.
I bring empathy, practical tools, and a relational approach to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself, your partner, and your family. Therapy with me is a space to process emotions, navigate stress, and discover ways to thrive during this transformative season.
Lives can be busy, hectic and unpredictable. I offer daytime, evening and Saturday availability - in office, from the comfort of your own home or we can take a walk! - making it easy and accessible to meet your personal needs.
